The local elementary school is Purcell Elementary, middle school is Mulberry Middle School and the high school is Mulberry Senior High (Fighting Panthers). Shopping available at Mulberry Grove Plaza Publix shopping Center, Walmart, The Fresh Market, CVS and Walgreens.
Every unit is built in a duplex (villa) style home. You will enjoy a well maintained brick structure that has stood the test of time. You have your own driveway enough for two vehicles. Front porch, and grassy areas both in front and behind your unit in which you can enjoy the sunny Florida weather, where children can play. Each unit has their own washer and dryer hookup. Full kitchens that will fit a small dining table and chairs, real wood cabinets, and laminate counter tops. There are ceramic tiles throughout the unit. We adopt the units with wheelchair ramps and grab bars as an accommodation for the disabled.
