About Us
MHA is a non-profit organization established by the City of Mulberry in 1967, empowered with the authority and responsibility of maintaining the Public Housing Program. The Authority was established in accordance with the Florida Statues to develop.manage, and maintain low-income housing for low-income families.
The central office for MHA is located in Plant City at 1306 Larrick Lane, Plant City, Florida 33563, and is fully operational for day-to-day administration of the Public Housing Program.
Our Housing Authority
The Mulberry Housing (MHA) is located in Central Florida 68 miles West of Orlando and 41 miles East of Tampa. The Authority is funded with Federal Funds provided by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
The Authority consists of two developments with a total of 26 Public Housing units, located in Polk County, Florida.
